i'm very confused...
how to used the material i had download form this site??
i use v ray for sketch up..
but it only can use vismat file..
i already try to pack it with ASGvis material editor but it failed. T.T.......
i also try to change the file extension... but failed 2 T.T
my computer detect the download material file as microsoft office access table shortcut...
i'm out of idea..

please somebody help me T.T.........

well its not a office acces table, its .mat file which is for 3ds max, the materials on this site are onyl for max

from max material to vismat file??
is still very rare to find vray for sketchup material...

Why don't you read the FAQ? All the materials in this site are made for 3DS Max.

i swear sometime people dont read what has come exactly above them in the thread and just go ahead and post anyway! martian stated that the materials are MAX ONLY!!! read the FAQ like need_help says, it is says the same!!!

i'll be appreciated if someone point me out if there is any converter from .mat to .vismat! No offense, just a question!

If I had not mistaken, I think I saw the link to the converter in a post in this forum. Perhaps you can use the search button?

What you should do to export the file,
Put the material on a box in max.

Then put rightmouse button. You should be able to export it to Vismat material!
